I prepare this page with pieces from the well known Italian place of Monastir, where an andesitic rock hosts geodes and fractures with volcanic minerals.
The most represented mineral is Ferrierite-Mg (it is worth to remember that the generic terms Ferrierite refers to a group of minerals)

Analcime
Semi-transparent XX up to 2.2cm wide, on the basaltic matrix
14x11cm
Monte Oladri quarries, Monastir, Cagliari. Italy
Specimen n.49

Analcime
Transparent bright XX, up to 20.7cm wide, with lamellar calcite

Specimen n.30

Cabazite
Yellowish XX, edge up to 0.2cm, on the matrix with small transparent analcime
8x8cm

Specimen n.1319

Calcite
Semitransparent XX, edge up to 2cm, on a matrix covered by small X of heulandite

Ferrierite-Mg
This photo shows the typical spherical divergent radiating aggregates of bladed ferrierite-mg XX. This group of intergrown balls - the bigger is 1 cm wide- stand on a carpet of white mordenite, surrounded by calcite brown XX (around  0,2cm).
You can see also the image of the entire piece, where a lot of ferrierite balls are in a cavity of the volcanic rock
15x14cm
Mt Olladri quarries, Monastir, Cagliari. Italy
Specimen n.776

Another photo: entire piece

Ferrierite-Mg
Detail of 776 specimen.
Bigger view of previous photo: the cavity with Ferrierite balls. mordenite flowers are evident in the lower and upper part of the image

Ferrierite-Mg
Detail of 776 specimen.
On the back of same piece in the previous picture, there is this fine group of ferrierite balls (2.5 cm long), with well defined thin XX and yellow color

Ferrierite-Mg
Two balls, 0.8cm wide, standing closed to a pearly, semitransparent "heulandite" X, 1cm long ("heulandite" refers to a group of minerals, but I do not have the knowledge to make a distinction). On this piece there are others ferrierite, up to 1.5cm wide
15x12
Mt Olladri quarries, Monastir, Cagliari. Italy
Specimen n.777

Another photo: a bigger view

Detail of 777 specimen.
The ball (under the sunlight) is 0.8 cm wide

Detail of 777 specimen.
1.5cm wide, the surface of the broken ball is covered by Mordenite

Detail of 777 specimen.
It is 0.7cm wide, it is evident the different color from center to external

Ferrierite-Mg
Dark orange aggregate of ferrierite, with  "heulandite"XX up to 1cm long. This piece is covered by a lot of "heulandite" XX, as it is possible to see from the other photo
16x12cm
Mt Olladri quarries, Monastir, Cagliari. Italy
Specimen n.46
