Baryte
Another baryte specimen from Barbusi area (Conca sa Craba is an abandoned old baryte mine, near Carbonia).
It is evident (in the bigger X, 3.8 cm high) that the phantom picture has three clearly different moments: the inner part is darker for coal inclusions and the external part is transparent, nearly free of inclusions. This photo is a detail of a large piece covered by similar Baryte XX.

Baryte
Pale blue XX, semi-transparent, edge max 2.3 cm; with globular calcite and iron oxides. The detail in this photo show a twinned formation of two XX, well formed, in a sort of "V" shaped formation similar to another piece in my collection (manganoan Calcite from Romania, specimen n.331). Sa Corona sa Craba (The Crown of the Goat, in local language) is a grotto, closed in 1988, where this kind of baryte was found during 1978
